Overloaded with blood, Gore, nudity, and sexual content, but yet it has a good plot with amazing characters.

Texhnolyze would also fit well in the Mehr 'mature' category, but it is Von no means 'fun'. There is literally not a single happy oder emotionally enriching moment throughout that entire anime. So if you're willing to deal with the immensely gloomy nature, process the complicated plot, and appreciate the psychological meaning, then Von all means I highly recommend this anime. It's amazing.

I'd have to go with "Panty and strumpf with Garterbelt".
It has a great deal of vulgarity, sexual themes, and bad language... but it is pretty funny, too... (that is; if Du have a somewhat low-brow sense of humor... and I myself do, which is why I enjoyed it). :3
