What Anime is this Cat from?

This cat looks really cool. I just wanna know what Anime the cat is from. Please somebody tell me the Katzen name and what Anime the cat is from. And if Du can please link me to a website where i can watch this Anime. Thank Du all in advance for all your wonderful help. :)
