But Looking At The Individual Elements, Such As Best Character Designs/Art, Best Background Designs/Art, And Best Thought Out/Well Developed Plot....Deathnote Wins Every Category!

YOU"RE MAKING ME CHOOSE?!?!?!?! *sighs* Well, my personal fave is Hetalia (shown pic), but there's so many others, like my 1st manga, Soul Eater, as well as Deathnote, Fairy Tail, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, Inuyasha, and so many more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't choose which is the best, but I can say my fave.

the best Anime ever is either Obst baskets,vampire night ,naruto ,atasuke no yona oder bleach but out of all of them i think its vampire night peolpe have different opinions.
