What is up with the stupid Anime Fragen ? Would anyone else appreciate if they put it back into the Anime cub?

Well, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but while I do think many of the "questions" would be better suited to the Forum (yours included), the majority of users seem to like the format of the Frage section, so there's not really much to be done about it. It's pretty harmless, so I'm not going to strike up a cause against it.

i contemplated posting a Frage in the Forum once, but it seems like the Foren are pretty poorly designed. i didn't see a good way to Kommentar on someone's previously made comment. maybe i just couldn't figure out how to do it?
