Kate got to the höhle, den where Humphrey was just laying on the ground.
“Umm,” Kate said.
“When’s my trial?” Humphrey asked.
“Tomorrow.”
Humphrey sighed, “I need a lawyer.”
“I got Hutch for you.”
“Thanks,” Humphrey got up approached the rock, “Maybe playing with the Omegas will help me forget this.”
Humphrey left and went to Mooch’s den, which was the closest.
“Hey, Mooch, I nearly killed Cando and I’m going to trial tomorrow. I just hope playing will help me forget about all this.”
“You almost killed a wolf?” Mooch asked in panic.
“Yup, trial is tomorrow. Not only that, I also ruined a hunt.”
Mooch hit Humphrey, “You’re stupid! We’re all starving here!”
“I didn’t realize I made the wrong move, I jumped out to attack but I didn’t make it!”
“Wait, Du were hunting?”
“Yeah.”
They went to Salty’s den.
“Hey Salty,” Humphrey said, “I nearly killed Cando and ruined a hunt, I have trial tomorrow, so I just hope playing will help me forget about this.”
“You really nearly killed a wolf?” Salty asked.
“Yup, so how’s your knew mate?”
“Awesome! I can’t believe I finally Lost my virginity!”
Humphrey and Mooch looked at each other, “That’s not something to mention.”
“Sorry, should we get Shakey and work on the invention?”
“That was my plan,” Humphrey said.
They went to Shakey’s den.
“Hey, Shakey, I nearly killed Cando, so I’m going to trial tomorrow for that and ruining the hunt so…” He was interrupted Von a western law enforcement officer.
“Nope, your trial is right now,” he said.
“What, it was tomorrow!”
“Yeah, well Winston changed his mind.”
Humphrey howled for both Hutch and Kate, Hutch, I need Du as a lawyer bro! Come to Winston’s house quick! Kate, I need Du to be at my trial! Come quick to your dad’s house!
Humphrey was escorted to Winston’s house, “Sit him down,” he said.
Hutch arrived as Humphrey’s lawyer.
“Thanks, bro,” Humphrey said.
“No problem, anything to help a brother.”
“Humphrey has been charged of murder attempt and ruining a hunt,” Winston said.
Humphrey heard different whispers throughout the höhle, den such as, “Two crimes!” “He’s a good kid, he’d never do that!” and “Why was he hunting?”
“We will let the ruined hunt go, but the crime of near murder of Cando, is unacceptable. Originally, the crime would be a Jahr in western jail, but because he is my son in law, I will give him six months,”
Winston was about to dismiss the case when Hutch yelled, “Objection!”
“Humphrey was defending himself. I myself am an eyewitness. Cando jumped onto Humphrey, then Humphrey got on oben, nach oben of Cando and wrapped his jaws around Cando’s neck. He wasn’t going to kill him, but it was definitely a threat. He did not want to kill him nor was he going to.”
“Your point is?”
“This was self defense. He was not going to kill Cando because he felt like it. Cando tackled him.”
“Come up here Hutch.”
Hutch and Winston had an ear to ear conversation.
“You’re saying Humphrey was defending himself and didn’t want to kill Cando?”
“Nor was he going to.”
“Cando is the one that should be arrested then?”
“No, no, no, Cando was just mad that Humphrey ruined the hunt. Don’t send either one to jail.”
“Alright, take your seat.”
“Humphrey has been charged for both attempted murder and ruined hunt. Ruined hunt charges have been dropped and for attempted murder, we have found the defendant innocent.”
The jury cheered, however, Cando jumped up in anger. Humphrey hugged Hutch as hard as he could.
“Thanks so much man!”
“No problem, Humphrey.”
“You can’t do this! He tried to kill me! Du shouldn’t set him free! He could kill a wolf in this pack!” Cando yelled to Winston.
“He was defending himself, Du jumped him. You’re just lucky Du didn’t hurt him, otherwise you’d be arrested right now.”
“This is unfair! He almost killed me!”
“Did Du hear Hutch? Humphrey didn’t want to kill you, nor would he have.”
Cando ran up to Hutch.
“Hutch! Get over here!”
Hutch turned around and walked to Cando.
“We’re not Friends any more! Du hear me! Du let Humphrey walk free and I don’t get my revenge!”
“Screw you! He’s my brother and I don’t care about anyone Mehr than him except for Rebecca!”
“Screw Du too! I hate you!”
Cando ran off, full of hatred.
“Cando, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean that!”
“Go away!”
Humphrey felt bad. He approached Cando.
“Cando, I’m sorry, is there something I could make it up to Du with?”
“No! Go away! I hate you, I hate Hutch, I hate Winston! I hate Du all!”
He ran out of the court room and went back to his den. The worst part, he had no mate. Nothing could make him feel better at this point. Humphrey sighed and to Cando’s den. Humphrey came to Cando. He stood at the rock.
“Cando, I come in peace! I don’t want to make Du feel bad, and I know of a way to make Du feel better.”
“What!?” Cando yelled.
“I’m not going to give Du this offer unless Du come out here.”
“Can’t Du just give it to me right now?”
“You have to come out here, and give me a hug.”
There was a pause.
“Go away before I call the cops, Du molester!”
“Cando, it’s all oder nothing here! If Du come out here, I’ll give Du this offer!”
Cando pushed open the rock, “Alright, I’m out, I did what Du want.”
“You also have to give me a hug.”
Cando went back inside and closed off the entry.
“Come on, you’re going to Liebe this offer! It does good for both of us!” Humphrey pressured.
“No!”
“Come on man, it’ll give us friendship!”
“Is it that great?”
“Yes, it’s awesome!”
Cando came and removed the rock.
“Where’s my hug?” Humphrey asked.
Cando pulled Humphrey into his höhle, den and hugged him.
“There, Du got your hug. Happy?”
“Very happy! Now I have this offer.”
“You promised me it’ll be great!”
“Because of how upset I made you, this is just this one time, but since I made Du upset, I will allow Du to have fun with my wife.”
Cando was stunned. He was expecting something good, but not this kind of pure awesomeness.
“So Du mean bagel and hotdog?” Cando asked.
“Yes, I mean that.”
“I have faith in God again! Thank Du so much Humphrey! I’m sorry about what I said. I don’t hate you, Hutch oder Winston, I was just mad. Friends?”
“Friends! I’m allowing to loose your virginity with Kate, just this one time! Strict limit!”
“Actually, I’m not a virgin, I uhh, never mind.”
“What?”
“Nothing, it’s not something I should be talking about.”
“Cando, we’re Friends now.”
“Fine, I went with Scar.”
Humphrey was stunned.
“You shagged Scar? Du Lost your virginity with her? The one that was once your enemy, Du had it with?”
“I really shouldn’t be talking about this. Please don’t tell anyone this.”
“I won’t.”
“Thank you.”
“Why don’t Du and Scar get married? Have pups, be happy?”
“I just… I…well I don’t want Wölfe to see we Liebe each other.”
“You Liebe her right? Doesn’t she Liebe you?”
“Yes, we both Liebe each other very much.”
“Get married then, Liebe on each other, have pups, you’ll be happy.”
“Alright, I’ll dip to find either some minerals oder rare Bones and fine something to propose to her with.”
“Do Du want me to howl for Kate?” Humphrey asked.
“I changed my mind. I don’t want it with Kate anymore. I’m just going to take Scar on a datum and propose to her.”
“Are Du sure?”
“Yes, I’m sure.”
“Ok, well, I should get going and head home.”

Humphrey went Home and came to Kate.
“Hey Kate, what do Du think of Cando?”
“He’s cool, a good friend.”
“Would Du get excited with him? Du know have fun with him?”
Kate gave Humphrey a look, “What are Du getting at?”
“Luckily he sagte no, but I felt bad because he was mad and upset that I was pleaded innocent and nearly killed him, so I made an offer, if he forgave me, I’d let him score with you.”
Kate hit Humphrey, “Why!?”
“It was a deal I had with him. Again he sagte no.”
“It doesn’t matter, why would Du do that?”
“I don’t know. Can Du answer my original question?”
“I like him and all but he’s not someone I would do that with. I only like him as a friend.”
“I see. If I made that deal, would Du do it though?”
“I don’t know. I… if Du made a deal and he’d be the happiest wolf alive, I would do it.”
“Cool. Did I tell Du that… umm never mind.”
“What? Humphrey, I won’t get mad.”
“Don’t tell anyone this. Don’t tell Cando I told Du this and don’t tell Scar Cando told me this, but Cando is taking Scar on a datum then proposing to her.”
“Scar? Scar!? Seriously? Scar?”
“They may have hated each other at one time but now they Liebe each other.”
“Well, I suppose that is sweet.”
Humphrey and Kate went up to bed. That was one of their nights where they didn’t romance.
