I have this fresh on my mind cause I just finished 28 Weeks Later!

They continued to drive through what had used to be small towns but now were either deserted oder over run Von infected. Sora looked in the back to see Kate and Humphrey asleep Weiter to each other. Sora shed a small tear for them, feeling the pain of how they Lost their only Home in a matter of seconds. But he felt sorry especially for Kate, the out break must have traumatized her. Sora was getting tired himself and decided to pull over in a relatively safe, sicher place to sleep. The windows of his car were bullet proof so they should not have any problem with the infected. Sora turned his engine off and fell asleep.

The Weiter morning the team awoke to gunshots. "What the hell?" Sora cried. Kate and Humphrey jolted awake. "Whats going on!?" Kate cried. "I hear gun shots." Sora said. "Well lets get the hell out of here!" Humphrey whined. "Wait a sec.." Sora sagte looking out the window. His eyes widened. "ITS MY PARTNER!" Sora cried. Kate and Humphrey looked out to see a German Shepherd that had the body of a human who was shooting at some infected. "DIGGS! OVER HERE!" Sora cried. The shepherd turned around. "SORA!?" Diggs cried. Diggs ran to the car and jumped in the front seat. "FLOOR IT!" Diggs cried. The infected were screeching and running at them with blazing speed. Sora pulled out a frag and tossed it out the window. The infected then exploaded into thin air.

"Thanks bud, I thought I was a goner." Diggs sagte with relief. "Diggs these are I guess our new rookies now, Kate and Humphrey. "Hey guys, nice to meet ya." The shepherd sagte with a smile. "Hey whats up." Kate replied. They continued to drive for another couple of hours. Every now and then they would see infected feasting on human corpses and running after their victims. The virus was powerful, it had no cure, no treatment. Sora kept driving until they reached the Canadian border. "Welcome to the U.S. guys." Sora sagte as he crossed the border and was now in the united states. They found an empty hotel and decided to stay there for the night. They had to share rooms to keep eachother company. Kate decided to stay with Sora and Humphrey and Diggs shared a room.

That night sora was going to bed. "Uhh sora?" Kate asked as she curled up into a ball right Weiter to him. "Yeah?" Sora replied. "Thank Du for saving me and my mate." Kate said, licking my arm. "Dont worry about it. Im sorry about your family, its amazing how infection spreads that quickly." Sora replied. Kate then burst into tears. "Why didnt I listen to you?" she sobbed. Sora stroked her back and ruffled her head. "Its ok, things happen Du were doing what Du thought was right." Sora replied. Kate snuggled into sora's chest. "Your so warm." Kate said, "Like your heart." Sora blushed a little. "Thanks kid." Sora sagte as he fell asleep. Kate did so as well.

Sora dreamt about kate all night. He dreamed of them Küssen and being a happy couple. He dreamed of a place that was free of infection, where they would be happy. Sora was then awakened Von a soft voice. "Good morning sleepy head." Kate whispered, sitting on oben, nach oben of his chest. Sora woke up and saw her beutiful smile. "Hey there, Du sleep well?" sora asked. "Yeah, im ready to kill some infected now, can Du Zeigen me how to shoot a gun?" Kate asked. Sora nodded. "If Du want." "YEAH!" Kate jumped on the bed. Sora got dressed and met up with Humphrey and diggs. "Hey Du guys sleep well?" Sora asked. "Yeah were ready to Bewegen on. Everything packed?" Diggs asked. "All is good, lets Bewegen quitely just in case some infected snuck in. They made their way down stairs all was quiet and no infected were seen. "Well, looks clear. No bio-hazard detected." Sora said. Just as they were going to the car, for a teilt, split Sekunde they heard footsteps, running foot steps. Without warning, two infected charged out of the trees and one tackled humphrey. "AHHH GET HIM OFF!!!! HELP!!" he cried. "HUMPHREY!" Kate cried. The other infected was running after diggs, which sora shot in the head. "Thanks bud!" diggs shouted. Sora turned to see humphrey's position. "SORA!" Kate cried. "HEY GET OFF!" Sora cried. The infected turned to sora and growled. He was a man of about 20. Humphrey got to his feet. But right as sora shot the infected. Blood splattered everywhere, and a single drop, of all places, landed in humphrey's right eye.

"Humphrey! Are Du ok!?" Kate cried hugging him. Humphrey began to sob. "Kate... please... run... get away from me..." he said. Kate stopped hugging him and her eyes widened. "Why? Oh... no..." Kate cried. "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!" Humphrey shouted as he pushed kate. "NO! HUMPHREY!!" she cried. Humphrey was twitching a screaming as the virus took over his body. He felt nothing but pain and anger... but at the same time... hungry for flesh. "KATE GET BACK HES INFECTED!" Diggs cried.
