Life, Liebe and what the f*ck else can go wrong

so, lately my life is chaotic, my best friend is pregnant(she is 15 lets call her B) and for some reason i have been put on babysitting duty by, well, everyone. on oben, nach oben of that my friend since middle school( lets call him J) asked me out (im not gay) and finals are coming up and this girl(i know from the park kinda) hangs around demanding i walk with her to god knows where, i can never get anything done and never sleep to much(less that girl come over and draw on my face AGAIN) but what should i do? it seems like me and (lets call her C) are the only ones with any kind of sense, do i let the lot of them go oder do i keep going on with the way things are going?
-btw sorry for the long background story i just want to make sure Du completely understand what i have gotten myself into.
