What I used to do is talk to the friend. See who saw him first/liked him first and if that doesn't settle it, see who likes him Mehr & put your friendship first. Respect, negiotiate. Treat her like you'd want. Du can get the guy to settle it, but it is easier if the two of Du are mature about it and honest with yourself & each other & willing & caring enough to settle amongst yourselves WITHOUT a resentment oder hard feelings that might haunt Du later.
