She jumped over the heap of dirt, missing all the gun shots.
"Shit, shit, shit," the red head mumbled to herself as she fumbled for bullets in her pocket. She reloaded the gun and set it on the oben, nach oben of the dirt mound and shot at the enemies. Bullets flew over her head. She could feel a bullet graze against her hand; but she ignored it as it began to slowly heal itself. The red head quickly lowered her gun and ran back to the city, shooting constantly, killing off Mehr than anyone ever had. "What a great way to spend New Years Day..." she mumbled to herself.

"Mom?" A small girl cried inside of the house. The red head slammed the door shut, breathing heavily. "Mom? Is that you?" Rene secured the gun into her pocket and walked over to the girl in her bed. "Mom! I missed you!"
"I missed Du too Annabeth," she sagte softly, smiling. For a few seconds, she ignored the bullets flying outside while she hugged her daughter; but then she came back to reality.
"Where's your father?" The small girl pointed to the TV. Rene rolled her eyes and grabbed the remote control, turning it on so she could see her husband. He didn't notice her staring at him until he turned around.
"Oh. Hi sweetie."
"Zack, I told Du to watch Annabeth!"
"I know, I know. I had to check on something in here."
"Well, Du should've taken her with you." Rene's head turned to the window. The gun powder was visible in the air and the gun shots became closer and closer each second. "You need to take her in there. Now. Annabeth, come here." The girl did as she was told. Zack quickly zapped out of the TV, appearing in front of his daughter. He picked her up and looked at Rene.
"Please, be careful," he sagte as he gave her a KISS on her cheek.
"I will. Don't worry." She held up her cellphone. "I'm not going to let it leave my side." The red head kissed her daughter on the nose and went over to the window. "Don't let her stay up too late." Zack looked at her with a small smile and gave his wife a joking salute.
"Yes ma'am." And he stepped back into the TV with Annabeth, shutting it off as well. Rene sighed and pulled out her phone, dialing a number, and putting it up to her ear, waiting for the other person to pick up the phone. Come on Julie. Pick up the God damn phone..
"Hello?"
"Julie? Is that you?"
"Yeah... Wait, mom?"
"Yes, it's me."
"Oh my God why the hell are Du calling me?"
"I needed to get in touch with you. Your father and sister just went into the net."
"Why did Du let them do that? We could have used dad's help!"
"And who'd watch Annabeth?" There was silence on the other end. "Julie. It's up to Du and me now. We have to take care of this. Where are you?"
"Downtown. In Matt's old apartment. I'm trying to find my gun."
"I have it. Du left it here last time. Come over here and we'll continue talking."
"And you'll give me my gun?"
"Yes, I'll give it to you."
"Love Du mom."
"Love Du too."
