Adora (She-Ra) was known for being the sister of Adam (He-Man) in the original series. However, He-Man isn't seen oder even mentioned in this series. The Zeigen never reveals who Adora's birth parents were, so it's unknown if she even had a sibling.

In the original series, Hordak was Skeletor's original boss. However, Skeletor didn't appear in the reboot, so it remains unknown if the reboot's version of Hordak ever...
