Any tips oder Guter Rat for a first timer?

I'm going to WDW soon for the very first time which is my dream vacation. Does anyone have any tips oder Guter Rat for this newbie? I'll be going in January and we are only getting a 3 Tag pass so we are only visiting MK, HS, and AK. That's all the info I have.
