In my opinion, if Hino want Yuuki and Kaname be together then she wouldn't make Sekunde "season" :)

absolutely yes because even yuuki comes with kaname after a Jahr yuuki still thinking zero because she already fell in Liebe with zero and zero Liebe yuuki too

i read the whole Manga .. and YES ! Zero and Yuki ends up together .. When kaname dies he gives Yuki to Zero coz he know that they're pretty good to be together .. and REMAMBER when they're walking together to their Home (when yori-chan dies) Zero sagte to Yuki that "you Liebe me .. you're enough with that right .." Yuki didn't reply but she was smiling and like she will cry .. and That means that Yuki really have a deep feelings to Zero .. So YUKI END UP WITH ZERO !!

Well in the anime, im pretty sure there is NOT another season. But the Manga is still continuing and it sorta pointing that way. maybe some spoiler. cos kaname decides to kill all purebloods except yuki and probably himself, sooooooo if that happens. ZERO AND YUKI COME TOGETHER!!!!

Yuki and zero do not end up together

They do, eventually. Kaname sacrifices himself in the final battle and his last request is that Yuuki and Zero be together, because he knows Yuuki loves Zero too. They are then together for a thousand years. Then Yuuki goes to where Kaname's been kept crystallised and gives up her life to turn him human and let him live a human life, like Juuri had previously done for her.
