If this had happened in New Moon, instead how do Du think....?

Imagine if instead of almost dying cliff diving, Alice came back to find out that instead Bella was beaten and almost killed Von some murderer, oder raped and beaten (WHICH thank Stephenie, that wasn't the case). Edward felt so guilty about the pain he caused Bella, IMagine, he would feel sooo HORRIBLE, that she could have died because he wasn't there to protect her.

I mean, I was grateful that it didn't happen, but I couldn't help but Imagine the rage Edward would have to see Bella hurt like that. And the rage Alice and all of the Cullens would have had.

What do Du think?

I mean i loved the way its written but Imagine if Bella wouldn't talk to Edward AT ALL about what happened to her and she was crying all the timee. Gosh he would be going CRAZYYYY!

i agree poor bella she most had gone to hell, but were would Jake be in it, i mean he never left her side. And i guess Edward would go after the people who did this to her and kill them, In Twilight she had to stop him from going back to the 4 guys who wanted to do that to her when bella came from the bookstore :D right :D

i agree with sasie_katje88..jacob doesn't fit in this scenario.. jacob would surely have prevented that from happening. and she spent all her time at La Push,no one would dare to touch her there ..soo yeah=)but it doesnt necessarily mean that eward would stay..i mean it was the "death" of bella that started everything.but yeah he would feel guilty and mad for sure..probably would desintegrate those scoundrel.
