yes it does cause the werewolf(basically shape-shifter exlanes in bd)would die because it has a different effect cause it will stop the bodys from morphing into a werewolf.PLUS THERE MORTAL ENEMYS THATS LIKE THE ONLY WAY 2 KILL THEM!!!

I think Stephanie Meyer was a little misguided when she made vampyre venom poisonous to the wolves...how the hell are they supposed to fight their mortal enemies if all it takes is a bite??? sorry, but in my eyes its Mehr than a little flawed having the Werwölfe die from the venom...

i think that a werewolve would die cuz there not human fully anymore and the venom is like poison to them so they would die.

Well this isn't about the twilight series, but in Wizards Of Waverly Place it was mentioned that when a vampire bites a werewolf, the werewolf turns into a real wolf forever(so I guess it makes the werewolf lose it's shapeshifting power and stay in wolf form forever).

The werewolf would simply die and wouldn't be transformed into a vampire like a human bitten and infected Von venom would be. That's why Bella states that it was lucky she hadn't bitten Seth, and it's also the reason why they were reluctant to try biting Renesmee to prevent her ageing, in case she had the same reaction.
