Buddy grew up in the late 1400's somewhere in Italy.His family was poor and lived in a small cot on the edge of town.Life was hard for Buddy and his little brother David,because it seemed like they were unwanted everywhere.At home,their father beat them and their mother.Outside,the kids picked on them and the towns people shunned them for their family name,Nezzera,which means darkness.Buddy was born with a skin condition that made his skin ultra soft,so if Du threw any blunt object at him,the skin would break,and he's start bleeding.This also made some rummors start that he had been "Cursed" for some reason.Buddy and David denied it up and down,but still the rummor stuck.When their father heard about this,he wanted to have Buddy killed,because he thought he was the reason for the familie's hardship.When their mother defended Buddy,their father immidantly started beating her,making Buddy throw himself in front of her to stop it.Though,Buddy didn't see his father take out the knife,and it was too late.After Buddy,he went for his mother,then for David.A few hours after this,Buddy and David woke up in a nearby feild to discover that they weren't able to die.Buddy thought that if this was the case for them,then their mother would be the same,and both Buddy and David were heartbroken and horrified to find out that wasn't the case.

He can't remember most of his past,except for two major details that still haunt him to this day: His parents dumped him on his uncle because he was "different" and he cost alittle girl her eye. Because of the accident with the girl,he decided he'd get surgery for his eye to replace her bad one,and unlike most people who'd go without an eye,or would get a glass one,he wanted her bad eye to remind him of that awful day.He's spent most of his life with his cousin,Benjirman,who he now lives with.
