Stella

Of course Stella will win this one, but I can dream...

It depends on a couple of things: what transformation both girls are on, and the situation. If it were the Winx against the Trix and the season was close to ending, Stella as she's on the Winx's side.
However if they were both on the same transformation, and it was one-to-one, I believe Icy might win by a little. I do think Stella is extremely strong, I think Icy is smarter so Icy would eventually outsmart Stella. The fact the Icy wouldn't give up but Stella might (not normally but depends on the circumstances) give up, making Icy the winner in the combat.
I do think both girls are strong in their own way and it was a hard choice, sorry Stella :)

The cold and ice has killed a lot of people too; hypothermia, frost bite, etc. And that crap is painful.
