This spell which can calm the stress of the exams has really helped us! But remember, this spell and ritual will only work for calming your stress, to make Du feel relaxed and to make Du confident about the exams.
Du need to find a quiet relaxed spot somewhere which reminds Du of the room where Du are going to have your exams in, like the clicking of the clock oder the furniture which looks similar to the examination room.
You’ll need:
-Coloured candles. These colours on the candles would be good: Orange, Yellow, Green, pfirsich and Purple.
-Stones. These stones would be good: Carnelian, Diamond, Garnet, Lapiz-Lazuli, Onyx and Topaz
Du don't have to have all of these things around the kreis but at least one oder two of the coloured candles and one oder two of the stones would be very helpful!
When Du have settled there mark your kreis with candles and stones. Markit so that your are inside the circle. Don't mark while being outside the kreis and then go in!
Then light the candles and walk once clockwise the circle. Sit down in the kreis in a comfortable position and just relax and close your eyes. Just relax for a few minutes. Keep your eyes closed and then concentrate really really hard seeing yourself in the exam not being stressed at all. Concentrate on seeing yourself how Du write down nearly all correct Antwort to nearly every question. See yourself in the exam being so confident that the exam is even fun! Concentrate on for a few minutes.
Then walk anti-clockwise around the kreis and afterwards take the stones away and put the candles off. Remember: don’t blow the candles out! Use something like a piece of metal and then squeeze to oben, nach oben out. Then lie down on your bett and relax!
Tips! Stop studying an Stunde before the test. Du probably won't learn anything new in an hour, but Du might see something Du don't know which can cause additional stress and anxiety. Don't talk about the test with other students once Du get there! Everyone is anxious before the test and anxiety can be contagious. Read the entire test before starting and write down a few notes. This can help jog your memory later as Du go through the test…
