Does The Vampire Diaries laugh at any notion of absolute morality? 

Wow this article made me angry. The morality of characters on TVD doesn't come down to feelings, simply because all the characters on TVD have no moral compass (even those that the show pretends to have, like Elena). They are all very traumatized and have a f**ked up logic about morality. Besides, I found this article pretty biased.
