we can say both are stupid bart is smart usingb his mind for bad things homer was smart but he kills his brain with bär so in my opinion bart will be just like homer in the future that's mean i'm right both are jerks

no homer is acuttaly smarter in one episode the pull a crayon out of his hed and is very intelligent and a drop of bier got into marge when she was preganet with bart and made him sort of stuip so techionally homer is smater but bart might of been smarter if it wasnt for the drop of bier so no one really knows
absolutley bart... caus he always think as a super evil .....homer have chunkle head..but i like him most..sometimes things happen to me and it's really happened in the simpson..i wish all my time like the simpson...i mean right that homer stuped but sometimes we did a stuped things ...ha ...mybe even Mehr than homer....
