Fun question: How old are Jensen, Jared, Paul and Ian in real life???? And how old are their characters????

Jensen is about 33, Jared and Paul 29, Ian is 32... as far as I know.
What their character's ages are, I'm not really sure..
But I think Dean is 30-31 so Sam is around 26-27 now in coming season 7...
And of course Damon is about 20 and and Stefan 17 Eternally... :P
