Why do Du think Allie went to see Noah even though she was engaged to marry Lon?

I think she wanted to be honest with herself. She felt that she loved Lon (yah, I'm sure it was one of many love's kinds!), but she couldn't forget Noah. She didn't want to have any regrets - she had to go see him to find out who she is. She also knew it's her last chance to discover her true feelings. I'm sure she wouldn't left Lon if they were married, but it's definately better to decide what Du feel just before the final decision (=marraige) then live with some kind of regret of uncertainty until the end of your life.

Because she still loved noah that was her first Liebe and the only reason she became a nurse was to see noah and when she worked there she met lon and thats the only reason she met lon so she still loved noah even though she was engaged! <3

I think that Allie went to see Noah because she was still in Liebe with him and hoped that he might feel the same way about her. She loved him and wanted to be with him.

Yeah, she sagte yes to see Noah because she still loved him. I think she sagte yes to Lon for stability and to remind her of Noah, once she saw the real Noah then...you know what happens.

i dont think she had ever really gotten over noah.the reason she bacome a nurse was to hopefully see noah if he was ever injured.Yes, i think she did Liebe lon in a way ,and she finally stop beliving she would hear from noah so she accepted lons proposal.until she came across the ad in the paper ,which Von the way is one part i loved!

I think that the reason is the Liebe that pushs Allie to see Noah.Love is like magnet.You can't live without each other.

I think she did it because she still had strong feelings for noah and wanted to see for herself how she could handle being around him again and also how he might still feel about her. she was trying to prove something in that aspect.

She needed to know if she still loved him so she wouldn't make any mistakes, like marrying Lon.
