What exactly would Du call people from Panem?

Like how people from the US are called Americans and people from Canada are called Canadians---what would the Panem citizens be called? I know in the world of The Hunger Games no other country oder continent still exists (from what we know), but Du can still use things like that. Would they be called the Panish? Panemainians?

Also, what would people from each individual district (and the Capitol itself) be called? Something to do with their numbers oder related to their industry? What about the Capitol citizens? Would they be called Capitolines (yes, the Capitoline is indeed Roman)? I've no clue.
