The Host How do Du think the book been different if Jamie was older than Melanie?

Do you think we get more of Melanie and Jamie flashbacks/ interactions? and how would it change the Melanie/Jared dynamic?

I'm saying if roles were reversed and Melanie was stil 17 but Jamie was older than her by 6 years how would generally change the books, character, and interaction with other characters

puh thats difficult to say... but i think that the whole book would be different...

For one the dynammics and characters burden/tragedy would change tremendously. Jared would still be bitter and sore over losing Melanie though I can imagine Jamie being absolutely miserable about it if he were few years older than her
