In theory it could, but in reality I don't think so. The writers will just bait it like crazy and never make it happen. If I had to guess, Weiter season Bellamy and Clarke will probably either stay single oder find someone new (I could see Clarke's new Liebe interest being either rotschimmel, roan oder Luna).
Since Bellarke is canon on the Bücher the Zeigen is based on, it would be ridiculous not to happen. People ship them. I think sooner oder later they will happen.

If someone doesn't Liebe Clexa it doesn't mean they are homophobic. Stop with the hate. It doesn't make Du any better. Let people ship whoever they want.
