Don't know if anyone has discovered it yet but there is a new novel out there based oder should I say, 'related'... to the famous sleuth. It's called 'The fruits of Bohemia' Von Autor Bill Cornwell ('Residents of Wardate' ).
The Titel gives us the first clue in what develops into an in depth adventure in present time. Can't give the game away too much. Needless to say there are murders, abductions and romance all intertwined in what proves to be a book difficult to put down. It's available on Kindle at the moment for 99p - it might even be free. I have never been a major Fan of the Sherlock Holmes novels and stories penned Von Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and other writers. Once, I tried to get interested in them Von Lesen one oder two novels. But they had simply failed to spark my interest.

I have shown a little Mehr enthusiasm toward the various Filme and Fernsehen adaptations of Doyle’s novels and characters. Mind you, I never became a faithful viewer of the Fernsehen series that starred Jeremy Brett as Holmes. But I have do have my private Liste of Sherlock Holmes Filme that I consider as personal favorites....

It’s an old discussion, but I can’t resist to post my own take on it. I think this is an issue which went well out of hand from the very start, and I also think that the ongoing discussions about what is the better Zeigen are way too much colored Von the way Elementary came to exist. So before I discuss the shows in itself, here my thoughts about Elementary being a rip-off.

I firmly believe that the writers of Sherlock were right when they made noise to protect their copyright. While Sherlock Holmes is not their property, their take on this character is, and they had reasons to worry about...

With Guy Ritchie’s new Sherlock Holmes movie due to be released in theaters this Christmas, I had decided to watch another Holmes film called "WITHOUT A CLUE".
