Are Du sure? Cause I get that if Du become a vampire Du stay the same age. But if your born a vampire does aging stop at a certain point?

From what i have seen from the Manga it appears once they reach a certain point they stop aging, Moka's mother is over 200+ years old but looks like shes only 30
