I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!
I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the herz please help me.:(
Just eat better, exercise a little Mehr and drink pleanty of water. Just don't go on a crash diet, Du could end up in the hospital!P:S don't put any Mehr personal info like that on here again, Du don't know what kind of people are out there.
the only thing i can suggest for Du is to start eating healthy no trödel, schrott, junk-e- Essen no sodas, work out at least an Stunde a everyday... maybe get a membership to a gym... i hope this helped
I would just cut off snacking, maybe start running…but don’t try to lose it too fast, you’ll get sick. And don’t post personal stuff on here, I’m a nice person ;) but Du don’t know who else is here. Don’t feel terrible-you are who Du are, and that’s great! Exercise, even though Du won’t drop ten pounds every day, will release endorphins and make Du feel better.
Well do anything as long as Du don't get an eating disorder. That will end badly. Also there is no quick solution to loosing weight fast. It takes time. So don't get upset if Du don't loose weight as soon as possible
I dont know that much about waight loss and stuff, but I'd just say exricize more, find a sport u think is fun, so u will forget your exrisizing. Eat your Favorit Obst instaid of trödel, schrott, junk-e- food, and drink lots of water. And know that Du are beautiful no matter how much Du waigh. Be comfident in yourself, and everyone will see that ;D Good luck in starting high school! This is my Freshman year, and its really fun!
Well, there are a lot of things that contribute to it. Firstly, Du should try to bring down your stress level. Lots of stress actually contributes to weight gain. Make sure Du get plenty of sleep as well. Eat healthy. Du don't have to give up yummy candies and things completely, but yourself to only a few things. If Du need help with that, there are some good programs to help with that, such as Weight Watchers. Also, exercise! If Du at the very first gain a bit of weight from that, not to worry! It's muscle. After that starts, you'll lose weight! It won't be quick, I'm afraid. It'll take several weeks, but that's the healthiest way to do it! (There's always Lyposuction, but I wouldn't recommend that unless absolutely necessary).
All I can really tell Du is trade in any regular snacks with just one that will help fill Du up more. Von cutting out snacks and eating healthier foods, Du will feel Mehr full and also, learn to eat healthier. Don't diet. They don't work and could make Du sicker. I have asthma too. Mine is exercise in dosed. This makes it harder to run around and have fun,but if Du take small breaks it won't be so tough. If I know that I am going to be moving oder running around a lot I take my inhaler before. Doing this helps to make your breathing easier while Du exercise. My doctor suggested this to me, but Du may want to ask your doctor first if Du aren't sure. Also, stop worrying about your weight, it makes Du weigh more. Von being happy and proud of yourself Du lighten your spirit and Du loose a little weight too. Besides as long as Du think your good looking that is all that matters. Hope this helps.
