Discord soldiers! This Frage is for Du

Actually the communication with Wand posts is that it doesn't update in real time without response. So if Du read a Wand post, it will appear like that forever until Du reload, comment, oder go somewhere else. Discord on the other hand, as long as you're connected to the internet, it will update for Du with the latest comment.

Personally, I don't always stick to wallposts and keep a hawkeye on updates. Discord on the other hand, I have it on my desktop and on my phone. I'm currently in many servers, I'm honestly not too sure how many. I am active in a few of them. I use a lot of the servers as news Updates and stuff like that. I run my own servers too. Fanpop tho, there's not many Updates oder activities. There is no reason for me to check in multiple times a day. The only Forum site I am active in is Gamefaqs, which I also am not the most active person. I check in maybe once everyday, maybe more. Same as Fanpop. Fanpop as others have said, is Mehr like a forum. However, unlike Gamefaqs, most people here will be the same people I always see.

Tbh I'm literally just lazy with messages. Like across all websites. I am consistently horrible at getting back to people. There are like 5 different people in my Posteingang right now and I have a fanfiction that needs typing, Anime that needs watch and Musik that needs listening, and sometimes real life calls. And then Von the time I finish that it's bett time. Whoops.

Discord is a chat service and Fanpop is Mehr a Forum service. Main difference and well people have shit to do?

I'm still trying to learn Discord. I like both.

Why I like Discord? Nutzername change.

Why I like Fanpop? The peeps I have here :)

Other than that, like I said, I like both.

I enjoy both for different purposes. Chat is Mehr chill and less effort compared to coming on Fanpop. My phone sucks with Fanpop and I very very rarely use my laptop since it's a broken mess and is still around to type up cover letters.

Discord is just a bit quicker as it's a chat service, Fanpop is still great and all but the format makes communication a lil slower.

Honestly, at first I was really wondering myself but thinking Mehr about it and seeing some of the Antwort before me, it makes sense honestly. I mean, Discord is just being used as a chatting system. Kinda like the one Fanpop itself used to have. A bonus feature for Fanpoppers. The Website in here is a lot Mehr than that. In the former, Du talk in real time and there's no need to give extensive replies. It's just chill conversation between people Du are familiar for the most part. Fanpop is Mehr laidback in its responses because of its immense size. When Du are being sent a Message, Du know that there is no need to rush. Du can take your time writing, editing and then sending it. There are a lot of activities, conversations with other Members, things to do irl, etc. So, a bit of delaying is only to be expected Von both parties in many cases. Du know that the conversation won't be gone. It is still hanging in there and you'll get back to it at some point so Du take it easy. Add the fact that various Members are prone to Procrastination oder even Mood Swings (including me for both) in general and there Du have it !!!!
