I’m from Tennessee, and I’ve never liked Southern accents. I’ve been told that I have a (light) Southern accent, it’s not as noticeable as, say, my aunts’ account. oder birth mother’s account. Both of them have that heavy, Southern draw, and it honestly makes me cringe so hard every time I hear it.

I think hillbilly accents are kinda funny
