Can anyone tell me whether the Flash's fast healing would protect him from Poison Ivy's KISS oder her KISS would kill him??

I'm going to need a hell of a lot Mehr information. I am going to wager that since poison ivy really only causes rashes that it isn't going to kill anyone. Don't know how it's going to effect a flash though, is this like shingle flashing?
