Is a woman harming/mistreating a (young) child portrayed in a comical and humorous light as well as not taken seriously?

From what I've seen as well as gathered it (sometimes) appears to be the case especially so in the mainstream media including in comedy films as well as news Artikel particularly the SMALL ones😛
