Please help me

Dose anyone know anyone about X-Box.. GTA 5, for nearly a Jahr now, has been freezing in the pause menu, I re-bought the game like 4 times, but still doing this.. Do I need to get a new X-Box? Cause it's the one game I want to play again, and the one game I can't get working.. I got the whole set of GTA 4 to keep me happy.. But now I'm back to being mad again.
