Died twice in a row in my dreams wtf?

So I was in some dark straße waiting in a car, not even my car, and some guy just comes running up and shoots me while the windows were open for some reason.

The Weiter day, I'm in the kitchen, and some Zufällig guy just comes up and chokes me. I was completely aware he was there, but I couldn't even Bewegen oder fight back.

Wtf does this mean?
