Well, anyway, I find weird diseases and whatnot quite interesting. It's surprising what can happen when you're missing chromosomes, oder they become mutated. Biology is awesome.

Actually Trypophobia is the fear of irregular small holes, not just holes in the skin.

The holes are usually photoshopped in, oder artistically recreated Von people who know how to do those kinds of makeup effects, though it can also be caused Von a variety of parasites, such as the bot fly.
