sometimes when i get distracted i (take) a few tabs and that seems to get me going every time

If I am completely and utterly alone that is when I have the best concentration. If I am around people,even people I am extremely fond of. I won't achieve maximum concentration.

My Way Of Achieving MAXIMUM Concentration.
1.Get Depressed.
2.Watch An Episode Of Your Favorit Series oder A Movie.
3.Think How Small Du Are Compared To The Universe.
4.Lie Down.
5.Listen To Some Music.

If Du have a DS/3DS, Brain Age concentration games are pretty cool. I Liebe them. That was the first thing that comes to mind. Lesen also really helps increase my brain activity.
