Is this girl (Emma Rigby) a bad actress? (video of her Schauspielen is provided)

Ever since she appeared on Once Upon A Time In Wonderland (which is how I learned about her) she's been accused of being a horrible actress. I honestly don't get it. I mean in Once Upon A Time In Wonderland she was sort of fake, emotionless, and over-the-top but that's part of her character and when Du learn Mehr about her you'll see why she acts that way. When we see the real her, she's Mehr natural. I've always thought she was a fantastic actress and this video definitely shows why. So I'm just wondering if any of Du think she's a bad actress because I honestly don't get it. If Du do think she's a bad actress can Du please explain why? I'd actually go so far as to say she's one of the best Schauspielerinnen I've ever seen.
