Can someone help me?!
The past 5 nights I've been having trouble sleeping. I keep thinking about over breathing, and when I do that I start to over breathe, I don't over breathe enough to pass out, but to panic. I usually stay up past 6 in the morning trying to calm myself down. I'm not even sure how I manage to fall asleep. While this is happening, I get a headache and my stomach hurts. I feel like I'm about to throw up. Their are brief moments where I feel I'm fine, but then I go right back to feeling the same again. Sometimes I think about it during the Tag and I panic a little bit, but I'm usually able to distract myself with other things during the day. My mother has tried to give me medicine for my stomach and headache, and I've been eating fine. But last night I through up. I'm actually really terrified to go and lay in my bett and try to sleep, that's when it starts. I don't want to go through this again. Can Du give me Guter Rat on how to stop this, oder at least tell me what could be wrong with me? The first night this happened my legs kept jolting so I stayed up all night, I couldn't go to sleep with my legs like that.
