If it was a burp, I'd say: 'Must be a barge coming through...'

In this case, I'd say: 'Must be that barge coming back out...'

And, the poo would say: 'I'm a magical poo and I can grant Du one wish, but only if Du sample a taste of my goodness...'

Thank you, I could do without the wish and I'll definitely rethink taking mesculine again.
