I need help sleeping!! D:

I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help Du sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

Du tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps Du concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without Du even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets Du to relax very completely.

 Might I recommend drinking a glass of warm milch (which I prefer to flavor with erdbeere Nestle Quik)... ...and/or... ...Johnson's Bedtime Bath & Lotion. All I know is after each use I could barely keep my eyes open -- and I wasn't even the one being bathed! Pleasant dreams...

1. Get up early in the morning. You'll be a bit tired when Du go to bed, which should help.
2. Make sure Du don't have to pee. If Du have to pee, there's no way you'll get to sleep, and getting up never helps Du sleep. Use the bathroom before Du get in bed.
3. Drink a cup of warm milch before Du go to bed. Helps Du feel sleepy.
4. Drink some water, too. If your thirsty, Du can't sleep. DO NOT keep the water Von your bed! If Du do that, Du may find yourself sitting up to drink, and the Mehr Du Bewegen around, the longer it will take.
5. Find a comfortable position and stick with it. Unless the comfortable position stops being comfortable, don't Bewegen around. If Du move, all the sleepiness you've gathered will go and Du have to start over.
6. Make sure everything is done before Du go to bed, like homework and studying. Also, write down your worries in a diary oder something. It gets the worry out and helps Du sleep.
Hope that helps Du as much as it helped me! :P

PS: okay, listening to relaxing Musik might help you, I don't know. But if you're anything like me, get it completely quiet. If Du have pets, make sure that they're fed and there's no way for them to get in your room. Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake Du up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
