Has this ever happened to Du before?

I cannot log in on my computer. It freezes at the verifying screen. I cannot log out oder else I will never be able to get back on my account. Does anyone have a clue what is going on and how I can fix it? I will give Du as many Requisiten as Du like if Du can help me. :}
