Does anyone here remember what story this is? Du would be a great help! :)

I think it's Ulysses/Odysseus but I'm not sure, it has been many many years since I've read that story and I can't find it in the summaries online.

I do think it's from greek mythology though.

All I remember is that, at some point, the hero has to fight some sea monster that has many heads. Whenever he cuts the monster's heads, they grow back and Mehr keep growing until he decides to burn the necks of the monster after cutting its heads and finally manages to kill it.
