How do Du make icons?

I guess I'm Mehr asking where. I used to make them on Picnick but, now that that's closed I don't know where to make them.

1. Go to Paint. (only if u have PC/Windows.)
2. Draw your Icon with the tools and mouse.
3. Go to File.
4. Go to Save As.
5. Name it.
6. Don't forget to put .ico at the end of the name!
Example: goOo.ico
7. Press the Enter key oder click Save when Du are done typing the name and Du are satisfied.
Note: If Du don't know how to make the page paper smaller, click the dots and drag.
Note to prev note: Keep the maus button pushed down when dragging the page smaller!
