HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed Von them is to forget about them. Like forget that your Friends ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, Du should be honest and tell your Friends (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that Du trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way Du could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If Du do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes Du have too tell them that Du needs some Weltraum for a Tag oder two but dont yell at then when Du say i just need some Weltraum and in 2 oder 3 oder even 4 days start helping again.
