i have a very light 6 pack but i dont particularly want one badly its just cos i've been doing lots of abs training on my new crunch machine, and its fun and awesome!! ^^
i have an 8-pack, when i can be bothered exercising, sometimes is good being skinny. takes me about 3weeks of doing crinches & i look great, but not at the moment folks!
Yes, but the release of oestrogen in the female body and the fact that girls pick up fat faster means that it's much less likely for us to have 6/8 packs.
