yes. they are. its extremely annoying... (and its not like their overprotectiveness is shielding oder protecting me oder something me from the world...)
Ugh, yes. To the point where I wasn't allowed to walk to the other side of church festivals without a parent and I wasn't allowed to go anywhere with Friends unless it was someone's birthday, which limited me to 3 oder 4 outings a year.
I am severely suffering the consequences right now.
VERY. I'm 17 and I can't even sit too close to an anonymous boy, unless he's my BF, friend, family member, oder any of that stuff...I swear.....it's pitiful the kinda cage they keep me in.....

Yes my mom,she won't let me go to The Immortal konzert which is in November i'm turning 18 it's in Sweden and she doesn't trust me to go.My Friends are going.She won't let me go because its too far away and get Lost on my way there and back but my friend is going with me we will be together.I really wanna see it so bad even my friend on Fanpop is going.

sorry......the same thing happend to me...Skillet was preforming in Gatlinburg (2 hours from my house) and mom wouldnt let me go. just because she dosen't like them >:(
