EDIT: I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just a little bit shocked Von your question. If Du truly Liebe him/her I guess Du should just say "I Liebe you". I can't really tell Du how to live your life. Some people will say don't because they believe incest is wrong. I believe it is too, but I won't tell Du that it's gross oder anything even if it is to me. I'm not sure how Du would be able to express your Liebe to your cousin oder how they would react if Du did.
if Du are actually serious about him and interested in a relationship, i would tell him straight out. yes, incest is considered gross Von many people, but if Du are actually in Liebe with him, its better if he knows. however if this is just some little crush, i wouldnt bother making a big deal out of it.
