How do Du feel about people who "suffer" from Pseudologia Fantastica?

Or, taking the psychologist's essence out of the name and putting it in layman's term: Pathological Lying.

Hey guys im in therepy for having this condition and i dont appreciate ppl hating us. Yeah we're annoying but stop talking about us like we're not even there. Its really hard for us not to belive every lie we say. Its like withdrawing from some kind of drug, Du need to lie. So pls remember if u have nothing nice to say, dont say it.
