Are there any orphanages still operating in the United States?

I'm Schreiben a fanfiction and my character was born around late 1995 and she had no living family considering her mother was killed the Tag of her birth and her father was no where to be found, most likely on the run out of the country. I need her to have been in a fairly nice orphanage where she was at least treated well, as long as it was operating between the years of 1990 to 2005. Preferably a Lutheran orphanage but it doesn't have to be.
