when was the last Du felt shame and why?

I have low self-esteem, so....yesterday.
but stuff still keeps me going, like death the kid oder this song.

The last time was when I was at my grandpas funeral I didn't mean to but I made the whole my parents getting a divorce situation worse and that caused alot of drama on a very sad Tag and my family days it wasn't my fault but I feel like it is

A couple days ago, when I wanted to ask a friend to make Icons for me but I was embarrassed for asking. I did ask, but then huge levels of shame filled me. I got the Icon made, and I Liebe it.

Right now. I don't really wanna say why, though...I feel ashamed enough.
