How do Du make your Icon move??

the Icons are GIF, that's how they r moving, u just have to find GIF picture

Jk, just Upload an animated picture from the Internet. They come in the GIF format, but apparently Du need to convert it into a PNG, which is impossible since animated Bilder can't be in the PNG format.
But since a few people have them, there must be a way. Du should ask someone with an animated icon.

On Fanpop, I have no idea. I Upload Gif format Bilder on Tumblr and they work fine. But when I add them to my Fanpop profile, they don't move.

Fanpop has terrible servers.

Well, I typed in Gifs and clicked the first oder Sekunde link. I don't remember. I wanted a Spongebob Gif so on the website I typed in Spongebob. I saved it to my computer. Also when Du save don't forget to put .png at the end of it's name. If Du don't, it won't move. That's how I got mine.

Use .png as the format.

Go to Google and type in whatever it is Du like, oder go to gifsoup.com and find it.
Make sure the format is saved as png, not gif.
